We do short notice/after hours appointments upon request, Appointments out hours incurs $15 surcharge. 25% Surcharge on Sundays and Public holidays.
FAQ- PLEASE READ prior to Booking!
1.) Is A Deposit required? Yes , a non refundable 50% of the total price payable for the hit style you choose deposit is required to secure your appointment, this gets taken out from the cost of your services.
2.) What if I need to reschedule? You can reschedule appointments up until 48hrs to your appointment, please check your confirmation email. Find the rescheduling link at the bottom of the page and change your appointment date or time. If there isnât any availability please send me an email or text for further assistance.
P.s. You can only Reschedule ONCE.
3.) Can I still come to my appointment if I feel unwell? No, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment if you have any symptoms or feel unwell.
4.) What happens if I cancel my appointment? If you cancel you appointment your deposit is non refundable. If you decided to rebook, another deposit is required for your next appointment.
5.) Do you work with all types of hair? Yes , if you have any concerns pertaining to alopecia, bleached scalp, short hair or extra long hair, thin hair or thick hair be sure to book a consultation before booking an appointment, or you can send a photo to us before booking an appointment.
6.) Do you provide the Braid Extensions? Extensions are included in all braids prices, For remy extensions and crochet please check with the salon for the cost, as the extensions are not included in the prices. You can also bring your own extensions for the REMY Extensions and Crochets. We only accept prestreched hair for braids extensions.
7.) What is the required hair length before booking an appointment? your hair must be at least 4 inches or longer, 6 inches minimum for two dutch braids.
8.) Can I bring my kids or others to my appointment?Please come alone to your appointment, this is as a Covid precautions and kids gets bored while waiting.
9.) What happens if iâm late to my appointment? If you are running late please contact the me in advance via email or sms. Late fees will be charged to your service if you are more than 15mins late. $20 if more than 15mins late.
Appointment may be cancelled if more than 30mins late.
10.) Is washing my hair required ? Yes , All clients must arrive with their hair thoroughly washed & blow dried (no damp hair). Your hair must be clean and dandruff free.
11.) How long will my services take ? Please review the desired service for the service duration time. The service duration times maybe extended depending on the client hair or the hairstyle.
12.) What happens if I donât show up for my appointment and If I didnât reschedule/Cancel? Unfortunately you will be required to pay 50% of the service you booked for, and you will be unable to make any future appointments online.
13.) Where can I find the address to my appointment? The address will be located in your confirmation email. We are located at 82 Vermont Road Warrawong 2502 NSW.
14.) Can I arrive early for my appointment? If you arrive earlier than appointment time, please send me a text notification regarding that.
15.) How do I pay the balance? The balance for your service can be paid by Cash.
16.) How should I come to my appointment? Clients should arrive well rested. Be well dressed (bright colors) bring positive vibes and be picture ready! You can bring snacks if you like.
